CNC VERTICAL MILLING MACHINES
3-AXIS KNEE-TYPE MILLING MACHINE The 2000 CNC is the newest edition to the DoALL mill- ing machine line. A Dynapath system 10 control plus Gould, D.C. servo motors and drives team up to offer a reliable feature packed control/drive system. The Dyna- path 10 control is noted for its prompting type format, powerful canned cycles for drilling, tapping, and bor- ing, auto routines such as rectangular and circular pocket or frame milling and cavity mill for performing 3-axis sculptured contours. The 2000 CNC machine tool is a perfect partner for the powerful electronics. A fixed head assures rigidity at the cutting tool. Ball screws on the table, saddle, and quill allow the accuracy necessary for tight tolerance milling work. An automatic central lubrication system assists in maintaining the life and accuracy of the ma- jor components. Chrome-plated table and saddle ways minimize wear for years of trouble-free accurate ma- chining. STANDARD EQUIPMENT 2000 CNC Automatic lubrication, chrome-plated ways, table and saddle, bellows way covers on sad- dle and column ways, triple knee locks, tele- scoping chip guard on table ball screw, quill lubricated by auto lube system, knurled wheels on table and saddle ball screws (for manual movement).
