DoALL Machine Tool Catalog - 1984

LAPPING MACHINES The Model CM-16-2 lapping machine gives unsur- passed accuracy in controlling flatness, parallelism, roundness and surface finish. This machine is well suited to applications where flat parts are too small to hold on a magnetic chuck, too thin to grind without warpage or on nonmagnetic materials which normally require elaborate fixturing. The operator's ability to control the flatness, parallelism, roundness and sur- face finish proves especially useful when grinding alone won't do the job.
