The DoALL TF-2525 tilt-frame sawing system (shown here) with powered feed and discharge conveyors, and power-operated length measure gage is more than just a cut-off machine- it is a complete materials handling and sawing system that can be controlled en- tirely by one man. Servocontrolled band feed main- tains a constant preselected cutting rate that pro- vides exceptionally fast cutting of structual shape~ and solids.

Variable speed hydraulic drive; zero clear- ance, self-adjusting carbide-feed insert saw guides; hydraulic frame tilting, calibrated quadrant to show degree of tilt, hydraulic lock; hydraulic guide post elevation; full- cycle operation (frame returns automatically after completing cut); hydraulic band tension, factory set for high-speed saw band.
