Quatromill 09/12/15 QuattroMill™ is more than a general-purpose face mill. It is a simple solution with more teeth per cutter that increases productivity, ease of use, reliability and precision for the full range of face milling applications and materials. QuattroMill features strong, square inserts that meet the needs of most challenging applications, and a strong center locking screw with quick insert location make it easy to replace inserts. The cutter body is coated and pre-hardened and features a large chip space for steel and stainless steel machining. Positive cutting rakes/ negative radial rakes maximize a machine tool’s capability and enables increased productivity in both stable and unstable conditions.
