With two A2LA accredited calibration labs in the US, one in Aurora, IL, and the other in City of Industry (LA), CA, Mitutoyo is the most trusted provider of metrology tool, instrument, and equipment calibration in the nation, with the broadest dimensional-calibration capabilities to be found anywhere. Utilizing state-of-the-art measurement technologies, Mitutoyo can calibrate virtually any metrology tool. Our highly trained, accredited calibration technicians provide
calibration services with NIST-traceable accuracy for any Mitutoyo metrology product along with other manufacturer’s gages and gage blocks. Each instrument Mitutoyo America Corporation calibrates is returned with certification to prove your measuring instruments and equipment are as accurate as possible and audit ready. The Mitutoyo Canada Calibration Lab is CLAS accredited to ISO/ISE 17015 as well. Field Service Mitutoyo Field Services features highly trained and capable engineers who perform on-site installation, repairs, and A2LA-accredited calibration of all Mitutoyo precision measurement instruments and equipment. Members of the US-based Field Services team can get equipment back into production quickly and can certify calibration on any service visit by performing multi-point checks against NIST-traceable artifacts and issue certificates of calibration. Mitutoyo Field Services turns the potential logistical headache of crating and shipping critical measurement equipment for repair or calibration, and waiting for it to return, into a seamless, audit-ready on-site process. Service agreements are available at the time of equipment purchase. The Mitutoyo Canada Field Service team is also CLAS accredited to ISO/IEC 17025. Repair Services Highly skilled technicians in the US-based Mitutoyo Repair Services department are capable of repairing the full range of Mitutoyo precision tools and instruments. These repairs are done in-house in either the Aurora, IL, or City of Industry, CA, facilities, and are backed by a full 90-day warranty. When repairs are complete, the Repair Services team then runs the repaired instrument through the same NIST-traceable accuracy checks that are performed on newly produced Mitutoyo instruments at the factory. Repair services are also available from Mitutoyo Canada. Parts Center The Mitutoyo America Corporation parts center stocks more than 10,000 individual parts for Mitutoyo products. Same day and 24-hour shipping is available for most part requests. For CMM parts, a specialized group is available to provide additional CMM support services.
