DoALL blades can last up to 25 percent longer because of the Guaranteed DoALL weld.

DoALL Blade welds are guaranteed to meet six basic criteria:

5. Overall alignment of DoALL blades is guaranteed to be within less than 0.002 In. This helps prevent tooth chipping and premature blade failure.

1. Exact tooth spacing reduces tooth strippage and vibration.

2. Matched tooth set assures accuracy by eliminating leading in cut.

3. Exact finishing with no undercutting or hollow grinding extends blade life.

6. Every DoALL blade is checked after welding, on a special flex testing fixture to be sure that the flex strength in the weld area meets DoALL specifications. And, the DoALL blade weld guarantee states: "Any weld not meeting these specifications, and/or breaking will be remade free of charge when the defective band is returned, prepaid, to DoALL."

4. Annealing is electronically controlled to assure that the weld temper

■ For custom-welded bands, the last three digits desig- nate the length in inches. Example: To order a 12 ft. long, 1 in. x .035 in. x 3-pitch Tungsten Carbide Saw Blade, add 144 to the catalog num- ber i.e., (305-078144). If length required is less than 100 in., then the first of the three designating digits should be zero. If, for example, the length required is 7 ft.-9-1/2 in., the catalog number becomes 305-078093-1/2. Note: Welded bands are priced at the next 1/2 ft. incre- ment. For a 10 ft.-2 in. band, the cost would be the same as for a 10 ft.-6 in. band. Any band less than 6 ft. will be billed at the six foot price.

• By adding three digits to the six-digit Catalog No. (shown in the specification charts), you can order saw blade coils or any length band required. For 100 or 150 ft. coils, add 001 or 015. Note: Coil size available varies with different types of blade. Check sizes available on catalog page covering that particular tool.
