The Pica-Master is the ideal blade for use on non-ferrous metals. The carbon-alloy steel band has a special narrow straight set pattern that is held to an exact tolerance. This balanced cutting action of each tooth results in a fine, burr-free finish that's highly accurate enough with no extra finishing required. The cutting edge is processed to retain its hardness and sharpness for long tool life. The weld produced in Pica-Master bands are made with perfection, as the tooth spacing and alignment must be exact to avoid producing a poor finish. Pica-Master bands will cut lead, brass, soft bronzes and similar materials.

Some are of special gage for cutting slots to specified dimension. Others are used in vegetable macerators, harvesting machines and garden tools.
