DoALL Band Saw Blades for Wood and other Fibrous Materials
These hard-tooth blades are designed for long use on a vari- ety of fibrous materials. They will last from six to ten times longer than a "resharpenable" blade and are available in a wide variety of sizes for all your cutting needs. All DoALL blades undergo a special heat treating process that results in harder, more durable teeth. All teeth are milled, not stamped, resulting in a sharper, finer tooth that provides a more accurate finish without excessive saw marks. And, since DoALL blades have a greater tensile strength, they can be tensioned up to 50% higher. This lets the operator follow a layout line more accurately and re- duces errors that result in scrap. In addition, the tooth set on all DoALL blades is guaranteed to be plus or minus .002 in. for even more accurate cutting. These blades will cut your sawing costs in a variety of ways. 1. No resharpening costs. Because DoALL blades are de- signed to be thrown away when they become dull, you never have to resharpen them. They will outlast an ordi- nary blade by a wide margin and, if you add the cost of maintaining a resharpenable blade to its original cost, you will find that over the life of the blade the total price is far higher than a DoALL blade. 2. Less downtime for blade changes. Because a DoALL blade stays on the machine for the entire life of the blade, you reduce the amount of time required for blade changes. This means more uptime and greater productivity. 3. Less blade inventory. With resharpenable blades you need a substantial inventory of replacement blades for frequent change. Because DoALL blades last longer you need fewer blades on hand and less investment in your inventory. DoALL woodworking band saw blades are available in two versions: FLEX BACK, the flexible back and SPRING BACK, the spring-tempered back. Flexible back blades are the original hard-tooth band and are priced for maximum econ- omy. This blade is equal or superior to any other "standard" carbon type blade manufactured today. The spring-tem- pered back blade has been heat treated to increased tensile strength values, allowing the blade to be tensioned higher for straighter, smoother and faster cuts.
