Designed for continuous, heavy-duty sawing-provides greater productivity and maximum economy. It has properties which af- ford maximum resistance to cutting heat, abrasion, feeding force and flex fatigue. DoALL research and manufacturing skill have combined the longest lasting, most heat-resistant and fatigue- resistant materials ever used in a saw blade. This saw blade combines the hardness of tungsten car- bide teeth with the toughness of a spring-tempered, alloy- steel band. Ground to dimension and sharpness, the tung- sten carbide teeth are uniformly set to assure precise cut- ting accuracy. Designed for around-the-clock production cutting of fer- rous, nonferrous and nonmetallic materials. Available in both straight and raker set, this blade can handle both the tough, hard ferrous materials or the highly abrasive nonferrous materials. The new fine grain carbide used has a hardness level of 80 Re and a transverse rup- ture strength (resistance to chipping) of 400,000 psi.
