DoAL~s Dart : The carbon-alloy steel blade with spring tempered back for all contour

and cutoff band machines. The Dart is available in three tooth forms (Precision~ But- tress® and Claw Tooth®) and in three set patterns (raker, wave or straight set). Compared with ordinary hard-edge, flex-back carbon blades, the Dart will- • Cut harder, more abrasive materials with its hardened and tempered teeth ■ Provide up to 50 percent more sawing life cutting dry and up to 300 percent greater life cutting wet

■ Withstand band tensions up to 50 percent greater than those that can be applied to standard carbon blade while resisting stretching and twisting ■ Allow heavier feed forces to be applied, permitting faster cutting ■ Produce straighter, more accurate cuts ■ Better resist "mushrooming" or scoring of the back edge and sides The spring-tempered back of the Dart band has 50% more tensile strength than ordinary carbon steel saw blades.
