Version: Compact modular design, clamping forces up to 40 kN (9000 lbf). Conventional clamping or grip clamping can still be performed. Pairing accuracy 0.03 mm (0.001 inch). Clamping rails can be coupled together infinitely. Precise serrations, pitch 2 mm (0.08 inch). Functional faces hardened and ground. Checking the clamping force using a torque wrench. A graduated scale rule at the top permits quick positioning. Application: Clamping of single and multiple components. Bracing panels must be used when clamping a workpiece over two or more rails on the zero point clamping system. Clamping rails can also be clamped in a pivotable manner (see page 10), in which case supporting plates are required. Note: The modular clamping rail can also be fastened without a zero point clamping system using M12 screws or on T-slot table with the side clamp set.
