LYNDEX-NIKKEN PRODUCT WARRANTY
TOOLHOLDER WARRANTY • All standard tooling and collets from Lyndex-Nikken have a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship. • Warranty is void if physical harm is done to the tool or misused outside of its intended purpose.
SHRINK FIT UNIT WARRANTY • All shrink fit units have a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship.
• Proper installation is required to maintain the 1 year manufacturing warranty. • 200V Units – MUST be on dedicated protected network with 3 Phase 200-240V 50-60Hz with a 32A circuit breaker with a 30mA differential. • 400V Units – MUST be on dedicated protected network with 3 Phase 400-480V 50- 60Hz with a 32A circuit breaker with a 30mA differential. • Cooling Towers requires dry filtered air at 85-125psi and be securely mounted. • Warranty is void if physical harm is done to the unit or used outside of its intended purpose. ANGLE HEADS WARRANTY • All angle heads come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship. • All L/N angle heads need to be application approved in order for the warranty to be valid. • Warranty becomes void if customer disassembles tool or if customer physically damages the tool. • On repairs, there is a 6 month warranty on replacement parts and workmanship. • Preventative Maintenance packages are available by request. • Warranty DOES NOT apply for NSK attachments on Modular Angle Heads. • Angle Heads should be checked periodically for heat generation / T.I.R. / noise generation and sent in accordingly. • Internal coolant tools should be sent in every 6 months to 1 year based on usage.
