STUB MILL HOLDER FEATURES Our Stub Mill Holders feature hardened and ground tapers, location shafts and arbor spacers to ensure clamping of cutting tools and rigid machining capability.
Taper ground to AT3 or better to ensure 80% taper contact
Made from SCM420 Carburizing Structural Steel
h6 precision ground pilot for concentric and repeatable mounting diameter
1/8, 1/4 , 3/8 and 1/2 inch ground arbor spacers included with every holder for flexibility
Surface ground to maintain .0002" or better perpendicularity to centerline ensuring flat engagement of cutting tool
Heat treated and coated nut prevents wear and increases clamping pressure
