Our coolant collets are designed for use with cylindrical shank tools (no flats). Cutting tool should be inserted the full length of the collet. If these conditions are not met, coolant leakage will result. Coolant collets are steel sealed and mechanically sealed by design. Notes: • Our coolant collets seal up to a maximum coolant pressure of 1000 psi. • Range collapsibility is 0.004 - 0.006” for coolant collet. • See dimensional data for TG Collets on page 235.
