Our Laser Scan Micrometers offer high accuracy, and non-contact measuring for various measurement applications. The LSM-500 model can measure Ultra-Fine Wires from 0.005mm dia and the LSM-512 can measure Cylinders up to 120mm dia. The ultra- high scanning speed of 1600 scans/second is ideal for taking measurements on high-speed production lines or where workpieces are fragile or have a high temperature. Besides measuring the outer diameter of wires and cylinders, the interval of IC chip leads, and the gap between rollers, the versatile Laser Scan Micrometer can be used as a dual system to measure the X and Y axis of electric cables and fibers or stacked to measure the outer diameter of large-sized rollers.
